Multi Factor Authentication.

Multi-factor Authentication will help to keep your website login and profile secure. In an era where password compromise is becoming very common, it is essential that we know the person placing an order is authorized to do so.

To protect your login, 2 factor authentication is required on the Regal website. this means that when logging in, an additional code will be sent to you either by

  • email to your login email address,
  • SMS to the mobile number provided on profile creation or account contact,
  • TOTP app in your device or password manager.

Using an TOTP Authenticator app means you will still be able to login even when you do not have access to your email or being able to receive SMS.

Suitable Authenticator apps include:

Configuration of the TOTP application will require that you scan a QR code on the 2 factor authentication page.

If you lose access to your Authenticator app you will need to contact us to reset access, For account holders, the email and SMS mobile numbers are maintained by Regal on the contacts on your account, and can be changed by our accounts team after identification checks.
