Open an Account with Regal

A Regal account gives professional jewellers, jewellery retailers, manufacturers and qualifying jewellery students access to account services and restricted areas of our website.

The products and services available to you will depend on your account type. These may include fabricated precious metal ordering, our complete findings range, finished jewellery and access to your previous purchases.

Your Regal Account

Once your account has been approved, you will receive a Regal account reference, generally consisting of four to six characters. This reference appears on invoices and statements and helps us identify your account, contact details and approved delivery addresses. Please quote it whenever you contact us.

Website Logins and Staff Access

Multiple website logins can be linked to one Regal account. This allows business owners to give individual staff members ordering access while keeping account correspondence, invoices and statements connected to the main account.

Invoices and tracking details can be emailed automatically. For security, orders can only be delivered to addresses approved on the account, with parcels marked for the attention of the staff member who placed the order. We can also require a purchase order number before an online order is accepted.

Account Types

Student Cash Account

Students enrolled in a qualifying jewellery course may receive a 10% discount on regularly priced tools and equipment from the Regal tools division. Student accounts also provide access to the fabricated metal department’s extensive range of precious metal raw materials.

Students should complete the Cash Account Application Form and include details of their jewellery course and education provider.

Eligibility and supporting course information may be required.

Cash Account

A cash account allows Regal to retain your purchase history and gives you access to restricted website areas, including fabricated metal ordering, our complete findings range and, for jewellery retailers, finished jewellery.

Payment is required when an order is placed. Visa or Mastercard details can be securely retained by our payment processor for future orders. Our standard card-payment surcharge applies.

Cash accounts do not provide access to finished jewellery supplied on appro (approval) or consignment. A completed credit account application is required for these services.

Credit Account

Approved credit accounts receive a monthly statement, generally payable on the 20th of the month following the invoice.

Subject to approval and availability, a credit account may also provide access to finished jewellery supplied on appro or consignment.

If you would like Regal to retain a payment card securely through our payment processor, please arrange this with us by telephone.

Never send credit or debit card details by email.

To connect your new cash account to an existing Regal website login, enter the same email address on the application form that you use to sign in to the website.

If you already have a Regal cash account, include its account code with your application. If your credit application is approved, we can convert your existing cash account to a credit account while retaining its purchase history and website access.
