Plate solder is available in various grades representing the melting temperature, like hard, medium, and easy. This variety allows jewellers to use multiple soldering steps without re-melting previous joints.

Plate Solder
Plate solder is supplied pre-cut into pallions,
For Sterling Silver solder, these are cut with a target weight of 2.5 or 5 grams,
For Gold and Platinum solder, we have pallions targeting 0.5, 1 and 2 grams as standard.
When ordering by weight, we will round up to the next possible amount that is able to be supplied with the pallions available in stock.
