For applications for all account types, we need a signed form. Please download and complete the form, and email back to the accounts team on accounts@regal.co.nz.

Cash account application form

If you wish to open a cash account, please complete this form. A cash account will allow us to look up past purchases you have made, and for us to save a Visa/Mastercard with us to automatically charge and send orders when they are placed. (Our standard card payment surcharge will apply)

If you wish to save a card for payment with us, please let us know by phone when you place your order. Do not email credit or debit card details.
