A quick and effective method of cleaning objects prior to plating.
The cleaning process uses an electrolytic bath, similar to plating operations. The 2 lb. size makes 8 gallons - 5 lb. size makes 20 gallons.
Use with a stainless steel anode.
Clean with the solution heated from 1200 to 160° F (50° to 71° C) at 2 to 6 volts for 15 to 30 seconds.
