Medium Pumice Knife-Edge Wheel

A medium-grade pumice wheel with a soft silicone binder for smoothing and pre-polishing prongs, bezel walls and detailed jewellery settings. Its gentler abrasive action helps refine light tool and setting marks and blend the worked area into the surrounding metal.

The tapered knife edge helps reach narrow spaces, grooves and areas beside settings. Use for initial refinement of light surface marks before progressing to a finer finish.

Suitable for carefully finishing metal beside an already-set stone, subject to the gemstone’s hardness, treatments and condition. Do not assume it is safe on every stone. Use light pressure, keep the wheel moving and check progress frequently.

Mount on a suitable wheel mandrel and select the required pack quantity when ordering.
